  • Return Window: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Timeframe: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition of the product. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability). You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

4. Warranty Information

  • Warranty: We offer a  warranty on select items, covering manufacturing defects only. This does not include damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.

5. Steps for Returning an Item

  2. Ship Your Item: Once we confirm your return eligibility, ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Be sure to package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send the exchanged product within 7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
